Arrochar is a modern three bedroomed house with its own secluded garden, situated within walking distance of Pitlochry town centre. The railway station, Festival Theatre and dam and fish ladder are a 10 minute walk away.

Arrochar has facilities for the disabled and able bodied. Ample car parking is provided with ramp access to the door. Garden furniture is provided in the quiet well stocked garden at the rear of the house.

A tastefully decorated and furnished lounge with colour TV, video, DVD and music centre ( a comprehensive video library is available for your use.) Sky Digital is also provided.

One twin bedded room (suitable for guests with disabilities)
A shower room and toilet (with drying room) suitable for guests with disabilities

You can view each room by going to ‘Arrochar Layout’ and clicking the appropriate room
Arrochar is gas centally heated throughout.. There is no extra charge for this as it is included in your tariff.
Arrochar is let from Saturday to Saturday during the high season.
Arrivals after 4pm and departures by 10am please.
Linen and towels are provided
A £50 booking deposit is required
Keys can be collected and deposited at the neighbouring Well House
