The Well House is run by the resident proprietors Mary and Gordon Leaman. We are situated within walking distance of Pitlochry town centre  (see location map) . The railway station, Festival Theatre and dam and fish ladder are a ten minute walk away.

The building is centrally heated throughout and we hold a fire certificate.

The Well House is a NON -SMOKING building.

The car park is at the rear of the building.

Due to excessive regulations applied to the license trade, we no longer have a restricted license. Guests having dinner are welcome to bring in their own wine etc Glasses will be provided.

We accept all major credit cards .

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets.

The Well House has accommodation for 14 guests. Four double rooms, one twin room and one family room (one double and one single) and one single room-all en-suite. One of the double rooms is on the ground floor (this room is classified as suitable for guests with mobility difficulties) . 

All the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and furnished with en-suite facilities ( showers, not baths) and a selection of toiletries. Tea / coffee trays and TV/Video in each room.

A comprehensive video library is available for your use.

In our comfortable, spacious dining room we offer a hearty Scottish breakfast, freshly prepared to order.

Evening meals are also served with the accent on good home cooking. The evening meal should be ordered by 5.30pm and is served between 6.15pm and 7pm. Please note we require a minimum of two nights evening meals on a more than one night stay (eg we do not serve one night evening meal on a four night stay)

Next to the dining room is the residents lounge where newspapers and magazines are availa This is a bright comfortable room, ideal for meeting other guests.
